Ron Paul chose Ayn Rand over Jesus Christ | |

To wander, unmarried, homeless, poor, throughout lands...taking what you want from people and declaring that it belongs to god, therefore you can have it because you are of god? Please help me to understand hw this economic prinicple of having nothing, owning nothing, giving all away is actually a principle.... Or are you just another christian with personalized ideals you want to use to put down others....Jesus would not be proud of you, if that is your intentions.....but I would not expect very uch from one of these so called christian types of modern day America.... who judge, insult, shame, hurt, defy, denounce, anything that is remotely different from your trained comfort zone.... Not very christian like...LOL |

Please help me to understand hw this economic prinicple of having nothing, owning nothing, giving all away is actually a principle.... The majority of Jesus' Apostles came from a place or places called Beth Ani - Hebrew for House of Poverty. These towns weren't actually poor. They were communes. The citizens had taken vows of poverty renouncing all but basic posessions. They lived as non-celibate monks or nuns. It's been a long time since I researched that. I think my sources are a couple of books, "The Passover Plot" or "Would the Real Jesus Please Stand Up". The principles of the vow of poverty are pretty simple and universal. To avoid offending Americans, let's call it communalism. This will distinguish it from the excesses of Marxist communism. Communes and monasteries have flourished successfully in all societies, on all continents, in all periods of civilized history. Deplorable in a tin foil hat |

The thing Ayn Rand probably did not understand is that being egoist the way Roark or Galt are, being dedicated to yourself does not imply not to be also open to others and to God but is a precondition to reach. From what I know of Ron Paul he is both Christian and interested in Ayn Rand's objectivism. So am I. So ma answer to you question is : "Ron Paul chose both Ayn Rand and Jesus Christ" (even though I know Ayn Rand could not stand religion). |

Actually, if you did read it the thing is pretty clear that you have to produce something or Jesus will kill you...just like he did with the fig tree. Ayn Rand would be all for that, you dumbass. Or the part where he fucked up the second-hander bureaucrats in the temple, flipping their table and whipping them and shit. Ragnar anyone? Or the part where he turned down working for the devil because he could take any fucking thing he wanted anyway, and kick satan in the ass. OR the part where he comes back and kills all the people who have been fucking around with the shit the book says he did. The economic principle is the same in both books: provide your best service to the community and you will be rewarded. Try actually thinking about what you are reading asshat. You understand neither philosophy or economics. |

Fucking stupid humans, its all the same shit packaged differently with the hope that if one key doesn't work, another will. So busy being a key they can't see the key ring. Wake. The. Fuck. Up. |
