5.33pm Momentum seems to be gathering concerning the coming together of a unified pro-European front without Syriza. Essentially a reaction to the escalating popularity of the anti-memorandum electional movement that made itself known through the electional result on May 6, it will probably involve Pasok, New Democracy, Drasi and the Democratic Coalition. Stefanos Manos, whose party Drasi failed to enter parliament on May 6 said that "we shall help, with the strength given to us by our small percentage in these past elections, in the formation of a pro-Europe, reform-friendly front that will stand against those who, by not accepting reality, are leading Greece outside the euro". Dora Bakoyannis of the Democratic Coalition followed swiftly, pledging her allegiance to such an effort. "I call upon all those parties and powers that believe that Greece can still have a future in Europe to come together".
