This would give us some time to develop new technology to deal with the corium. If they had started doing this a year ago we'd be well on the way to a permanent solution. Someone needs to continue to operate the nuclear plants for one thing. For those who do emigrate, reception countries will continue to exist, but the price to pay to get in may go up. |
