This is probably from fears that the radical left party SYRIZA will confiscate all of the deposits if they get elected. I wonder how I would be able to live if they confiscate the last of my savings, especially since I am unemployed at the moment. They will do that because they want to pay the civil servants which are 90% voters of PASOK (which have turned to SYRIZA by now), SYRIZA or of the Greek Commie Party (KKE). This could bring strong tensions since confiscating the money of all the others that are working in under cruel circumstances in the private sector in order to please 600,000 civil servants isn't rational at all!

Turkish gov has been given orders to take Syria.
Many people here feel sory for the Greece' situation and for Greek people.
Besides both countries are from Nato. I am not saying a war between Turkey and Greece could never happen but it was more likely 15-20 years ago than today. But who knows what tomorrow will bring, we live in a period where things change very quickly.
But i think a coup in Greece would put the current Turkish gov. into panic mode not because of Greece army but because of Turkish army.
