Quoting: subzero86 And about the IDF, I know you don't share my views about that, but in my opinion Israel is a country worth fighting for and I would proudly join their armed forced IF I'd be allowed ! As opposed to my own country who's army is comprised of Mig-21s from the 50's and soviet era tanks from the same time period ! Plus, there is nothing in this country worth fighting for, only corruption and thievery...NOTHING has been done in this country since the fall of communism, 23 years ago ! Sick of it all... So forgive me Insert if I choose the IDF over our own armed forces ! Comment was for army in general mate and not IDF per se, been in the army for 14 months and was kinda meh. Endless corruption and thievery and communism in Israel/idf too and certainly not worth fighting for mate. Go to a small village in the countryside for a start mate, that would be pretty cheap imo. In Greece is 2-3 times cheaper to live in the countryside, just saying, i'm not to tell you what to do, but certainly don't end up on the road and most certainly not in the army. I left Lisbon and live in countryside for 10 years! It's the greatest life i ever had and imagine!!! |

Quoting: insertfunnyusername That's exactly where I am right now, a small village in the countryside ! Unfortunately there is no work to be found here ! So my only option is to go back to our capital city and find work there ! Those life savings I told you about sure would of come in handy right now ! Sorry man, didn't you were there already, yeah if you don't have a job in the countryside already is abit hard to find, i understand! Well if Islam did this to you, then Judaism/Christianity did this: ![]() |

The Greek government is considering the sale of state buildings located in various European cities, in order to raise revenue that are not being obtained with the plan of selling assets. According to Bloomberg, the list of buildings to sell for Athens is the home of the Greek Consul in London, located in the second district of the British capital more expensive. The housing, with 115 years, has nearly a thousand square meters. Other buildings owned by the Greek government in cities like Brussels, Belgrade and Nicosia will also be sold. The Executive Antonis Samaras had already outlined a plan to sell real estate in Greece, but has now decided to extend it abroad, given the need to raise revenue. In the list of assets to be sold in the country is the former royal palace, located near Athens. The Tatoi palace where the kings lived in the country, is located in an area of 27 square kilometers. The report by the European Commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund on Greece's debt situation was expected during October, but policy makers want to avoid any potential shock to the world economy, the report said, citing EU officials and diplomats. Greece's finance minister, Yannis Stournaras, said Thursday that the two sides have narrowed their differences on a planned multi-billion austerity package, with some 2 billion euros ($2.6 billion) to 2.5 billion euros worth of measures remaining unresolved.
