The investigative journalist Costas Vaxevanis was arrested on Sunday and then quickly released after his magazine Hot Doc published on Saturday a list of more than 2,000 names that it claimed was the infamous «Lagarde list» of Greeks with Swiss bank accounts given to Greece by French authorities in 2010 to be probed for tax evasion.

The journalist is to appear in court at noon on Monday when the date of his trial, on charges of violating laws relating to the privacy of personal data, is to be set.

I think everything will go as planned. Eurogroup on October 31 and austerity measures voting between 5-9 November are potential doom dates. Not that i would have a problem with an October surprise tonight, but it doesn't seem likely.

I've quit following SYRIZA. They are just another piece in the chessboard that has been set up. I think after the voting either way will have elections with Syriza on the lead and GD at the second place. Of course that will be devestating. Hope I am wrong.

It passes like everything else has passed the last 3 years. Constitutionalists and the High Court consider all these things the last couple of years unconstitutional and illegal, these govt's, especially the coalition we have now, doesn't have the legal power to pass such laws and measures, but for some strange reason it's happening and no one is talking about it anymore. Complete rape of our constitution and laws, eurocrats and banksters have taken over completely.
