This is the first time that the court of audit says a law is unconstitutional. This means that if someone goes to court will win and then the law will have no stance. I think is important for a law to have effect to have the aproval of that court

I'm pretty sure they said that before for the memorandums and this is not the first time they say such a thing.

I think they are responsible for the constitutional of the laws. And anyway the first memorandum has never benn voted on the parliament.

Yes, exactly and it is a supreme court means it is a final decision. I personally thing that there is something going on. Courts like that use to act like puppets of the goverments.
