The "new" Lagarde list came and after the investigation for the missing names in it (from the one that we got on 2010) guess what they found?

That former Minister for Finance George Papakonstantinou relatives names, are missing from this list.



Of course Papakonstantinou says he knows nothing and has done nothing etc etc

This list contains the names of around 2000 Greeks with bank accounts at the Swiss branch of HSBC and it was leaked to the media in late October

Papakonstantinou back then claimed he "lost" the first list



well, right now the phones are on fire, the political parties call for meetings and we will see how it will turn out

Thnx for the heads up Ostria. This Papakonstantinou dude seems very well connected with the international criminal business/banking elite although he doesn't strike you as this kind of guy. He's been in a lot of shit the last 3-4 years. He wouldn't be walking free still in the most countries of this planet. He's on a roll.

Link above says 3 of his cousins and a wife, lol. Papakonstantinou's are a lovely family for sure, they've been collaborating with the nazi-occupation govt back in the 40's and they bought and were handed to them lots of businesses and privileges.

Muslims just want a giant one built with Greek taxpayers money as i see it. I believe we can spend the 15-20 million needed for this super-mosque in a much better way given the financial mess we are in like some schools in Macedonia that will remain closed in the new year coz they can't afford heating ffs or give the 10 million to Elefsina shipyard that is about to close too and is a major and much needed industrial infrastructure of the country and i can find 1000 more ways to spend this sum properly if we had that kind of money in the first place.

Don't wanna sound mean or racist, but first things first imo. This story is more of an obvious political and cultural message than a need for a mosque per se, for example Turkey is asking a mosque in Athens in exchange for the opening of the Halki theological school in Istanbul, lol, like these 2 situations are even comparable ffs, let alone that Turkey keeps bringing all the immigrants and the illegals here in an organized state-sponsored manner that keep sinking us in a bigger financial mess and to top this off they asking for Greek islands that are under Crete like Gaydos and Gaidouronisi, hundreds of km's away from their shores. We are in a big friggin mess imo.

The billions we give to Greece go from one account to the other, from one bank to the other in order to refinance the loans granted to the Greeks, and thus prevent the collapse not of the Greek economy, but the banks.
