How high up the food chain where these officers?

Could the army be starting to break away from the govt? hence the employ of blackwater (xE) by the elite?

Lots of protests the previous week, is starting to become the norm tbh. Military officers are not very high up the chain with the cuts, some of them take home an embarrassing wage for their level imo. Army leaked last year that it won't help the govt in suppressing the citizens, but i don't think a break away is currently on the cards.

If a government looses support from the military its burnt toast...
