There is no one to regulate anyone because they are all under the same administration. So they will be fined some money... we don't even know if that is true, and is most likely not.

You get it, there is not a crime here. Why the FBI is involved is amazing and more so that they will be reporting to the very corrupt Eric Holder.

Some lower-level trader or two will take the fall.

They'll either be non-white or maybe just non-anglo/Germanic.

It'll all be chalked up to stupidity, recklessness, greed, management oversight or some such thing. We'll see some finger wagging about lax enforcement of procedures or some such thing but at the end it will just be some 'rogue element' in an otherwise top notch firm fully deserved of it's reputation.

The first thing I thought of is "too little too late".

The really disgusting thing is they have government regulators that are supposed to have oversight of wall street. So if the FBI is investigating then the first thing they should look at is why the government regulators are not doing their jobs.

However, they will not do this because the whole thing is a complete sham.
