i think i have chaga growing on a bunch of trees back in my woods. i tried to harvest some last year but that stuff it hard as a rock! i need a better method

Echinacea(Purple Cone Flower) It's a blood purifier and easy to grow.

Really? If you can find a big enough piece, Cut away the black until you get to the tan stuff. It's also one of the best fire tinders in nature next to birch bark.

I believr if you grow and care for your plants theit signature frequency helps keep your body in balance even without consuming

Then I realized I have had broken bones in which case I was made sick from state given drugs.

Wildcraft dandelion, mullein, elderberry, hawthorn, witch hazel, ginseng, goldenseal, docks, chickweed, milk thistle, echinacea, etc.

One more thing for the medicine garden would be catnip! For calming effects in humans and also a great insect repellant, just brush your legs and pants up against it before you head out into the pastures!
I need to check into yarrow, as another poster mentioned that, as a repellant.

comfrey = complete liver shut down ~ poison. worse than cancer chemo on the liver.
