Call me romantically idealistic, but if I am in to a guy, and he likes me there is nothing this fucking complicated involved. You go on dates, he pays, you calm him down when he's angry, he tells you you're beautiful, you boost his ego by being with him and enjoying it. There's exchanges, sacrifices, and losses in every relationship with any depth. If you feel so inclined you get married, if you realize you aren't 'in love' and aren't ready to settle down you don't. It's because we like to think that shit is so multidimensional and complex that it becomes exactly that.

I completely agree with you on this entire post brother. To be honest, I've completely given up the idea of dating for the time being. Kids are way to damn expensive and most of the women I run into have a very narrow scope of reality: shop, watch television, and gossip.

This planet is going to decomplexify and television and shopping will become a memory of the past.
