Well they do, but there would be a whole host of issues that they would be left to deal with. Also, its not like our government would drop an emp on ourselves- that would be kinda dumb. An emp attack would be very effective in causing disruption to enable a further land attack or what have you, but that's if they even manage to get past our missile defense. Let's hope we never have to deal with that. |
