If Nibiru/planet x is not coming, then what is FEMA and the secret government preparing for

I totally believe something is afoot. Just what it is, is hard to say. It could be a world war, Nibiru, The Great Galactic Alignment, or an alien war. It could be some natural and ELE that was bound to happen that the gubberment got wind of, thus deciding to push NWO up a few years so that they won't lose their potential slaves. After all...what is power if you have no one to lord it over? Maybe this is why they are chemtrailing. So as to save some of us poor sots for heavy rebuilding labour when the all-clear bell sounds. This is why they haven't quite put a complete stopper in our baby-making skills yet.

for example yesterday a saw a video of a big fish, i dont know it must have had like 4 meters long, and you must imagine how heavy the thing was, and i sadly died there cause the people in a beach in portugal couldn't move it at all, we've seen a lot of crazy things related to animals and magnetic currents
