I think they know that there is going to be a massive uprising in every country once the financial s**t hits the fan. So far they have managed to keep it going but they know they can't forever. There will be a depression like we have never seen. No money, no jobs, no food, no health care. Not for man, woman or child.

The Fema camps are for the ones that will not cower at the sight of riot police and the military. The banks have private armies now. They will need to take the braver away, so that the weaker die without fuss.

Then with all this going on, there will be no one to make the medicines, clothes or grow the food for them. So they need somewhere to hide out where they have everything they need.
