Now that Obama's literary agent has told the truth about Obama's Kenyan birth, the U.S. Military has the legal authority to arrest Obama on the spot for knowingly violating Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution and being a foreign ursurper of the Office of President of the United States.
Since Obama was never eligible to hold office, the certification of his delegates in Congress in 2009 as well as all the legislation and appointments he made are null and void
This means John McCain and Sarah Palin are the legitimate President and Vice-President.

We are definitely in a constitutional pickle. I think the controllers plan to oust obama/soetoro and either blow everything up before or after the election, or just let Romney carry the ball to the New World Order. But then, I don't think the NWO is going to last very long. That is an understatement. An unprecedented pickle, to be sure. The entire .gov would seem to be complicit in this apparent fraud. Martial law administered by the military until a new government can be elected and installed? Are we ready for that? ~
