I will watch that later. The most important thing people need to realize and understand is that the government can only act on you through the courts. Everyone needs to read and know the rules of civil procedure. Those rules are full of ways to get the government off your back. Think about this for instance. If your neighbor sued you for not wearing a seat belt, you would know that he didn't have a case. He has no damages and has no contract with you about wearing a seat belt. When the government sues you for not wearing a seat belt, most just pay it. It is EXACTLY THE SAME THING. The government requires the same things as your neighbor to have standing. The judge will let you walk right into court, argue the case if you want, and let you admit to the allegations and lose the case. Most never even know to question standing and jurisdiction. And if you know the rules, the case will get dismissed.

You are only liable to statutory law if you are acting as a public servant. Otherwise, no such contract between you, (or your legal person), and government exists.
More importantly than learning complex rules of civil procedure, you need to learn your specific roles and law definitions that you are acting from. This is the core substance to everything you do.
The emphasis of Dean's presentation is that Common Law is meant to be clearly understood by the Common Man. There is nothing confusing about it. This is stuff a 3rd Grader could learn. Just a basic overview of what Man actually is and how he has contracted with government, and the Roles or Capacities he is acting through.
Nothing supersedes these basic Maxims of Law.
Another point of emphasis is that you can establish all these things through the Affidavits sent by mail to government agencies, by establishing your roles and definitions as FACTS by putting government departments on notice, and offering them a chance to REBUT your claims. No rebuttal, it becomes a FACT. And now you have evidence well before any court appearance.
The point is.. this is NOT about getting out front of a judge and shouting magic words and codes... It's about understanding the FUNDAMENTAL SUBSTANCE of law.
It's not complicated! The simpler the better! By doing things simply you leave no room for contradictions by any party.
