Sandi, Sounds a bit like the Christian Science Church's take on reality, health, etc. . . the only logical discord I see is if intentions and right thinking create health and one knows that. . . then how does one with this knowledge end up dying of old age or some disease. . . .?? Which they all do. . . I know several individuals who are Christian Scientists. . . .my take is there is a combination of things going on. . . .the will to live is extremely powerful. . . .I know that from being in medicine for 30 years. . . . I also have seen disease organisms injected into lab animals and they succumb to the disease. . . I think the whole thing is extremely complex . . .  Well, let me ask you something. If you were immortal, who would you tell?? Who would you trust not to speak of it to someone else and end you up in a testing laboratory being dissected? Of course there are several things going on. But one of the biggest is that NO ONE REALLY BELIEVES that immortality is possible. Honestly, not only do people believe it's not possible, but frankly most people would become unhappy as they watched everyone they love die one after another after another... and have to go on the run to hide that they're not aging and lose loved ones that way... etc. Being immortal in this world would not be a happy experience, I would think. Yes, it is certainly very complex, but at the same time, it's not as complex as we try to make it into. Did you watch the Bruce Lipton series? He goes into scientific detail. As someone who was in the medical profession, I'm sure you would appreciate his discussion on what happens inside the cells in response to belief.
