Thread: Quickly - before your producers delete this thread!

^^ hey look what i found OP. So which one is it? Or what, holy fuckin shit it's both isn't it!!!! We all live in a truman show, and, and!! everyone's psychic but us.

Well, I knew i fucking crushed your counterpoints, and due to the nature of what you present, you'll always have an excuse or explanation for whatever anyone throws at you, but that doesn't mean it's a good explanation.

So are you a studying psych student, or just some bored motherfucker sitting at home with shit else to do?

Well, again I had fun with this, so thanks, but why continue this charade?

Hey guess what - I saw a thread that exact same day about the "truman delusion" or whatever and thought it would be funny to post that.

Notice how I only made one post throughout the thread. yeah, that's right wasn't meant to be taken seriously.

Hey look, I posted another thread too -

Thread: GLP is feeding on your energy

Big deal. Just because I try to be funny every now and then doesn't mean that everything else I say is discredited.

Re: Everyone's a mind reader but you
Somewhere in this thread a poster provided a link to www.freeyourbrain.org. I can't find it now but the document was basically about how to deal with the consequences of a "spiritual hurricane" which hit in the early 90's. According to some one called "pieces of nothing", 10 percent of humans are survivors and share the symptoms and characteristics of the OP's 10 percenters. The document written in the early 2000s is incomplete with many sections pending.

To anyone reading, I'm wondering if there is a completed version available somewhere on the net.

To the OP, I'm wondering if this was written by a 90 percenter whose work was partially destroyed.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17026611

[link to freeyourbrain.tripod.com]

Very interesting... To me so far it appears to be a 10 percenter who had a good sense of what was going on as some 10 percenters occasionally do. I'm sure this persons life became pretty difficult after posting that document.

Like I said before there are only a couple other defectors out there and I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to get a hold of them.

Re: Everyone's a mind reader but you
Yes, and i'd like you to also explain why all movies, books, and general culture are catering to the poor little 10 percent who aren't blessed with the gifts of the mighty 90 percent?

When i say "catering to" i mean that all stories, all dramas, all dialogues and all characters in books and movies are centered around not being telepathic.

You probably will misinterpret this line of questioning, and give me some lame half way answer and try to keep hyping the book you're going to write.

If most people on earth were telepathic, as soon as one person found a physical cure for ailments that are usually mistreated by typical western medicine practices, all in your "noospehre" would be able to fully understand the value, and we'd heal everyone on earth. No more flouride in the water, no more poison in the air, no more diabetics, cancer, thyroid issues, malnutrition issues from the processed food that 90% of america loves. You see my point?

Shit man, for real I could go on and on, and apparently so can you. However, even on the remote chance that the paranoia you're trying to add to GLP'ers lives is true, ultimately it has zero effect on how i live my life. It sure is an interesting concept, but again based on your mythology, it is outside of the realm of possibility for me to know anything about this. You see, what im saying is that even if it were truth it has no bearing on how i will do, or be, from here on out. I'll just keep living the same.

Things that are impossible for a man to know - a fruitless chase, I have to disregard them, because I do not have a need to know. This was fun tho OP, thx, and again welcome to the family : )
 Quoting: FuzzleFace 4738313

The phrase "read between the lines" goes much deeper than most non-readers or 10 percenters are aware.

I assure you, most films, books and other forms of entertainment are not catering to the 10 percenters - there are just layers you are not aware of while reading a book or watching a movie or listening to a song.

As for your second question - there isn't full transparency in the Noosphere and people still take advantage of eachother.

Also, it may not be comletel impossible for you to see this.

Re: Everyone's a mind reader but you
I'm the guy who made the Vulcan-Romulan analogy and mentioned the connection with Asperger's. I see you and the Canadian fellow made reference to that on another thread (you're welcome!).

Now, I asked about historical figures who may have been in the 10%. You provided to examples of men who were given brief glimpses of the noosphere. But I'd like to know, who are some other famous 10-percenters, like artists, writers, politicians, philosophers, etc.?

I'd also like to ask you: When you were connected, how did you feel about us 10-percenter (or non-readers) collectively?

I know you had that one friend who was in the 10 percent and your pity eventually led to your disconnection. But that's just one individual who you were friends with. How did you feel about us as a whole? Did you hate us, did you pity us, did you simply not care about us? How did you personally feel about us, collectively, when you were still in the 90-percent?

And when many in the 90-percent look down on us non-readers, is that because they personally think less of us, or because the noosphere tells them to hold us in contempt? It it's the latter, then I wonder why the noosphere sees us as so much of a threat to be disconnected.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 2591615

Hey again,

Great analogies, thanks you.

Rachmaninoff, Van Gogh, Kafka... are a few... not sure if I should name people who are alive yet...

You ask how I felt about 10 percenters when I was connected... at times pity but believe it or not for most of us ninety-percenters (when I was one at least) the non-readers were viewed as comedy gold. Seriously, some of the stuff that non-readers think while not aware that others are listening is hysterical. Ever been laughed at but no one would tell you why? Now you know. Most of the time a non-reader/10 percenters thoughts come out as erratic, jumbled noise, because their minds aren't organized like a 90 percenters to interface properly with the Noosphere but thoughts can still be deciphered sometimes and man are they hilarious. Other times 10 percenters are treated coldly by 90 percenters as if they are worth less as human beings because they aren't connected to the Noosphere. Many 90 percenters are sympathetic though. As I said before there are laws and authority figures who protect (kind of) the 10 percenters from being totally mind f*cked by a manipulative 90 percenter but it still happens.

But really I didn't think too much about non-readers until I started to feel sorry for one of my old friends.

As for your last question, it's kind of both. It's because the Noosphere tells them too but there are figures many of which are in the Hierarchy of Heads who make these decisions and have the most influence on the hive. Why do they view you as a threat? You might have a personality which they believed was incompatible with the hive. Perhaps they thought you would be trouble in some way. There are many possibilities.

Oh pshaw OP!! Nothing but rude!? I believe i managed to be inquisitive and a lil' funny as well, tho text on a screen (you know, lower forms of communication and all) is hard to interpret appropriately, without facial expressions and tones of voice to read into.

And honestly dude, consider my position, you can't fully because you were not born this way. The reason I am fighting this so hard, is not because of ego, not because i dont want to think that I am "left out on a big secret," I am fairly secure and happy as who i am, a lil proud too because I've come along way on my journey. But, I am fighting you so hard, because if i let this settle in all the way, and choose to view it as absolute truth, I am truly worried that it will drive me insane. And if your words are truth, then you know the gravity of that because that's what happened to you friend right?

It's a big leap to make, ya dig? A big scary one, that honestly, I don't see how it could benefit me. It will only make me paranoid/fearful of the outside world.

However I apologize, the reason i felt like I "crushed your counterpoints" is because I don't fully understand this noosphere, so your answers seemed contrived just to brush away my questions, but look man, at this point that is neither here nor there.

I will return to lurking, but will keep this thread bookmarked, and check in for any new info you decide to share.

Sorry you were offended by my "rudeness" most of it was in jest, you'd get it if you knew me. And the Truman thing, yes i noticed you didn't reply to any posts in there, but shit, the Truman delusion is so close to your "everyones a mind reader but you reality", you must understand that it makes you look suspicious.

I digress, sorry man (that's not sarcasm) please continue with whatever you can share.

Hey, your completely right, it's hard to tell over a screen, with lower forms of communication what one really means. My fault, just been losing my mind lately since being exiled. Also, after having relied on the connection for so many years it's even easier to misinterpret someone online.

You raise some interesting points. It is a big leap to make and if a ten percenter does accept this reality how could it benefit them? As you said in your case it would only make you paranoid/fearful of the outside world. So, perhaps telling people isn't such a good idea after all.

Anyways, thanks for asking questions, I do appreciate it...

Phew, even though we are anonymous strangers on ze interwebs, I really don't like creating bad blood, thanks for understanding OP.

I have a genuine question, if I exist in a consistently calm and relaxed state of mind, and also project genuine feelings of love and empathy towards anyone I see, or interact with - do the readers i direct this at feel it? Are they aware of such non specific and generalized thought-forms, or am i just some smiling weirdo to them?

*Note: I don't do this with a goal of getting anything or manipulating anyone, I believe, and have confirmed thus far thru my journey in life that to be loving is our most natural human state. Not fluffy, gloopy romantic love as sold to us through our media, but just genuine, "glad to be here with you all" kind of love. You know, seeing myself in others, and vice versa.

Does that make me a wanna-be reader, or is it supplying something that is helpful or beneficial to readers?

Also, people seem to gravitate towards me, and upon seeing my inner workings show me powerful appreciation and love - and I can tell it is not born of pity. Or perhaps it's a type of pity based love i just dont understand as a non-reader, in a world of readers.

Ahh shit, last question i promise, (oh and I've read the whole thread now, so I'm up to speed) you mentioned that your spiritual views have changed much since your exile. What were they before, and what have you changed them to now?

Yeah, I feel the same way. Don't like bad blood even anonymously on the interwebz. Thanks for understanding and not going back to being a lurker. I've just been allowing the 90 percent to get to me and have been over sensitive. Also, I have no idea what it's like to have never known about this so I have to constantly remind myself that this is a very hard reality for someone to accept who has been conditioned to believe these types of thoughts are crazy.

Yes, when you project your feelings as you described readers are aware as long as they are actually paying attention. Sometimes a reader may be in deep thought or spacing out in your direction but they are actually focusing on several other things in the Noosphere and may not be reading everyone in their immediate surroundings. I can't say for certain but people probably don't think you are a smiling weirdo but they might ask you why you are smiling just to confirm that it is just a general feeling your projecting and not something specific that they might be missing.

Projecting your thoughts like that doesn't really make you a 'wannabe reader' necessarily. Who knows, perhaps everyone wanted you to be a reader and you have a sense of this and want to be one yourself but you have self imposed blocks that just need to be lifted. It's rare but it can happen.

Non-readers are sometimes very successful people in business and sales and other jobs that require people to like you. Often times non-readers are very likeable, nice, genuine people on top of being extremely creative. There are readers who are attracted to non-readers and even some that are exclusively attracted to and only want to be with non-readers because they are uninfluenced by the hive and more original in their thinking and genuine. There are also readers who surround themselves with non-readers because they like that less is really known about them and their is more mental privacy. Sometimes readers are attracted to non-readers for less positive reasons as well. You seem like a genuinely nice person judging from our interaction here so I doubt people just love you out of pity.

As for my spirituality, thanks for asking. I'll come to that in a bit. Keep asking questions if you want, I want to get the truth out there. Also thanks for reading the entire thread!

Cool Op, thanks for the answers, and I will patiently await the rest of your story you plan to tell.

I was worried about this at first, but then upon further thought realized that I don't have much at all to hide, so have no reason for paranoia.

Today was a weird day though for sure. Just having the idea of this potentiality in my head. I work in a super busy retail environment, and it's difficult getting thru the store with so many customers all over the place. So today i tried to project my intended path to all around me, and it did seem to have effect.

Actually the thing that leads me to anger the most is walking in or thru big crowds, and noticing that people seem abso-fuckin-lutely oblivious to the necessity of sharing the space with me. It is actually the very last source of what I consider "anger problems" for me, it can be fucking infuriating at times.

Also I think many of my friends are 10 percenters, most of the people around me are artists, creators, and healers. I myself play a few diff musical instruments, but hate the pre-existing rules of structure that most apply to art and music. What allowed me to start doing both was when I realized, i don't have to make anything that pleases the hive's idea of what is acceptable/good art or music. I only need to create things that please me. This idea gave me an incredible freedom, that has allowed me to make and experience a lot of beautiful things.

Well take 'er easy OP, hope you're adjusting to this non-telepathic life. Lmk if you need some kind of support, I'm not exactly sure what i could say the would be helpful to you, but hey I'll do my best.

But for those of us non-readers who want to know, please, keep telling us. No one else will tell us this stuff, so we rely on you.

In ancient times, people debated what the sun was. Some said it was a god, others said it was a torch, others said it was hole in the sky and the light behind the curtain shone through. In other words, they had no concept of the sun as a star around which are world spun, therefore, all their analyzing was in vain.

I could analyze a million different ways why everyone else seems so much more "in tune" than me, but before you started telling us about the noosphere, my assumptions were as baseless as the ancients who knew nothing about the sun.

One thing I was wondering: If 90% parents have 10% kids who never "come around" to the noosphere, wouldn't there be a lot more deathbed confessions? In other words, if a 90-percenter is old, frail, and nearing death, why not tell their children the truth?

Do you think it is possible that you do not know the entire story of what readers are all about? You say the nousphere is very hierarchical. Where would you have been within the hierarchy? Are powers limited to mind-reading or do they go beyond that? The reason I ask, is that I have been an observer of the unusual for much of my life. This is not by volition but by virtue of the fact that I seem to be constantly exposed to such. It's as if I've been set up to observe and evaluate from a nonreader's perspective.

Thank you so much for the kind and encouraging words, it really does help, thanks.

I won't stop the fight and will definitely be keeping everyone updated as I try to get the information out there. Please, keep asking questions. I'm also setting up a blog where I will be posting updates as well so all of this info isn't lost in the case that 90 percenters ever attack the info here on this site and successfully have it removed.

That's a really good question. And yes it kind of does happen ocasionally but I've never heard of anyone on their death bed saying "everyone's a mind reader but you" in those exact words. The Noosphere has been described to 10 percenters by their passing friends or relatives but 10 percenters usually write it off as some kind of delerium. The dying person might lose self control and start talking out loud about the people they are seeing or they might start talking out loud to people who don't appear to be in the room. Dying people often times say things that hint towards the Noosphere.

I think the reason why it's rare for them to ever attempt to clearly tell their ten percenter, non-reader, children that they are left out of a huge secret both because the confusion and potential distress it could create in the grieving child and also because they love their child so much they don't want to burden them with the truth.

Perhaps after this information reaches more people, 10 percenters who have been given clues will hopefully begin to connect the dots.

This is not by volition but by virtue of the fact that I seem to be constantly exposed to such. It's as if I've been set up to observe and evaluate from a nonreader's perspective.

I know I don't have the FULL story. There are secrets that even I do not know. I know quite a bit about the Noosphere but there is info that only members of the Hierarchy of Heads can access. Also, it's always been rumored that there are secret societies who have access to ancient records within the Noosphere that only the initiated have access to.

I didn't have a place of political influence or power within the hierarchy but I will say that I was more talented than the average reader and made some interesting contacts over the years because of my strong grasp of understanding, and ability to navigate, the Noosphere.

Fuzzleface,

Thanks for sharing you experience. Have you since tried those same methods of projecting your path and has it worked out any better for you?

That's kind of funny about the big crowds, as that is something that has really bothered me since becoming a ten percenter! People do seem absolutely oblivious of the need to share space as they mentally distracted by others in the Noosphere they have little attention for us ten percenters.

Ten percenters do tend to find each other that's for sure.

Also, the ability to not folow rules of preexisting
structure is a blessing for 10 percenters and is what leads them to be such original thinkers and great artists/musicians. If you ever put some of your music online that'd be interesting to hear.

Thanks again for all of your questions and for helping me get the truth out there, if there are any other questions you have, or anything I havn't answered clearly enough, please ask, I'll be around.

Hey OP, yes about crowds, I've been trying more, it does seem to have effect. Simple thoughts, like "hey dude, I'm right behind you."

To be honest though, I am very surprised that no one has ever picked a fight with me, if majority of them can see right in my head, especially when I'm actively directing angry thoughts at them. You see I live in Hawaii, and among the youth and young adults (men) here, fist-fights are just a part of the culture. Lots of peacocking, puffing up, and trying to look tough, etc. Well actually it's pretty awesome, because you never have to worry about getting shot or stabbed, just a lil' punch in the mouth if you're acting wrong in front of the wrong people.

So - suffice it to say, I'm surprised no readers have faked a reason to punch me in the mouth. Can they use their reading ability to know more about me than they can see with their eyes? Meaning, do they know if I know how to fight (I do,) or can they size me up otherwise using their psychic ability?

Well, anyways, I was really alarmed at first, but this is actually pretty awesome, I'd prefer it if people always knew how i feel. I've always been really terrible at deception/lying and usually show all emotion on my face, so I guess I'm meant to be a non-reader.

Also i think it's great to be a non-reader, because it makes it much easier to stay in-tune with the here and now, instead of flying around in your head/elsewhere in the noosphere.

This also explains why most people seem to tell the shittiest and most boring stories, (I always blamed it on uninspired and under-developed personality) they seem to have no ability to use words to paint a proper picture, or how to tell a story that holds my attention. Perhaps 'cause they're so used to relaying a story with pictures and feeling and whatever other cool perks you get with being psychic.

So for real man, tell us of your religious ideas, pre and post separation from the noosphere.

Oh and the music, someday, it's not super far out there or weird, I just have learned everything by ear, processes of elimination, instead of reading sheet music, and going to a teacher and all that business.

Alright shoots braddah! <<<that's hawaii talk for: "cya later man!"

I would suspect that there would be more insanity (mental illness in general) among readers than among nonreaders. Do you know the stats?

Ok, there are some things I probably should have mentioned but didn't think of until now... first let me ask, are you noticing anything strange since you started trying this in crowds, especially now that you can see it working? Anyone following you lately? Anything missing? Have things become any more hectic in life in general?

When someone begins to spread this info, things go straight to hell for that person. My daily life is getting crazier and crazier as we speak. I'm thinking about dropping everything and moving to out to the woods or something... but no, for now I'm not giving up. I'm going to continue the fight for now. But anyways, I'm not saying you've been spreading this info (be careful if you do) but just experimenting with this and letting the readers know that you know could be dangerous for you. I have never known about any non-readers who found out about this and started experimenting for themselves so I'm not completely sure how they're going to handle you.

Anyways, on a lighter note, that's really funny about Hawaiian culture I didn't know that before you're right thats definitely better than settling something in worse ways.

As far as someone picking a fight with you over your thoughts - I didn't go into much detail before, but I mentioned that there were some protections for non-readers and law enforcment in the Noosphere. Also, if you were with readers that were friends or family, they may have stood up for you or notified authorities before someone could confront you about your thoughts. Interestingly enough though, even very thug-like, agressive people who often show little self-control actually do pretty well to control themselves from doing something that would cause them to lose their connection to the Noosphere in some way (often time because they want to continue to take advantage of the ability for criminal reasons).

Some of the more talented readers will know things about you like whether or not you can fight and how good. Other readers might not be able to tell how well you can fight or if you can fight at all unless you are consciously in the process of remembering a fight you were in or training you had. But some readers are so good that they can go through your memories without them actually being on your mind.

lol about the boring stories. Your right though, readers rely way too heavily on the ability to communicate and this shows when they try to describe things or tell stories orally. Non-readers usually have a lot of character to them so readers usually seem uninspired or undeveloped by comparison and in many cases probably really are.

Yes, the religious ideas, thanks for asking. It's kind of a long story so I'm going to put it in a different post but I'll post it soon.

well, talk to you later!

Re: Everyone's a mind reader but you
Sorry to hear that you are having problems. These are actually the same kind of problems a nonreader encounters when they become aware. Welcome to the club, but please keep talking if you can.

Letting the reader know that you know is not necessarily dangerous, in fact it can help ease the problem over time, especially if the reader is of the abusive sick sort which from my experience most are. Let them know that you are onto their stunts but do it in the same subtle manner they use. Or laugh at their trickery. They do not like to be mocked. You must show them that they do not control you or your mind or your destiny. Live, love, laugh and waste no time or energy on these aberrations.

If they overstep their bounds in a manner that is blatant and illegal call in the law. Note that a segment of law enforcement will also be readers and they are inclined to side with readers. So make sure you have evidence that would stand up in court. Only use the legal approach as a lost resort.

Are you by chance experiencing similar problems? Thanks for being sympathetic. And actually you make some good points.

Something that didn't occur to me (I think I was just tired when I made my last post) was that Fuzzleface probably doesn't have anything to worry about at all while experimenting with this. I said before that there are multiple reasons why someone might be left out of the secret. Often times when someone exiles themselves everyone around them, upset by this, will wait for the non-reader to come around. If one begins to experiment with this in public and readers show a positive response, like in Fuzzlefaces case, it shows that you aren't blocked out by other readers but by yourself.

Now, in your case AC you are very correct. There are abusive readers out there for sure and you should let them know you know because the laws of the Noosphere are ultimately on the side of the non-reader. Especially in cases where they are being gang-stalked or abused without authorization.

Also, letting them know that you know is particularly safe if they believe you have no power to influence other people in any way. If they think you will always be written off as a nut by other non-readers - then the Hierarchy will have no reason to attack you. Furthermore, when you let the abusive readers know that you know then it is more likely that the Hierarchy or the law enforcement of the Noosphere will put a stop to it. Ultimately, if you are being harrased by readers without authorization then those readers are giving you confirmation that they have this ability - which is extremely illegal in the Noosphere.

Otherwise, if you are an enemy to the Hierarchy like I've become they will do everything in their power to drive you insane.

Apparently in my case they find justification to attack me and gang-stalk because I have defected and have begun the process of spreading this information.

As far as calling in the law (as in physical police), well, that's tricky. If you start talking about the Noosphere and gang-stalkers they're just going to side with the gang-stalkers and the Noosphere. Unless you have physical evidence, like pictures, video, etc, just meditate on what is going on and the Noosphere law enforcement might help.

OP, you ignored my post a few pages ago, so I'll ask again:

This is an interesting thread, but we'd have no way of knowing.

No one will tell us about it if we ask (is it because they can't, or because it's not true?)

There's no real literature on any of this (is it because it can't be written about, or because it's not true?)

We can't really search the internet, because anything of substance is by ten percenters trying to make sense of reality (is it because the internet is a haven for the 10 percent, or there really is no ten percent in the dark b/c there's nothing to be in the dark about?)

And saying that these ninety percent "communicate better" doesn't real prove or disprove anything, since you're saying we'll never know since we don't have the power (or there really is no power and we're looking for something that's not ther).

Is there some definitive way, or at least something more concrete, we could go on to test your theory
