Sometimes a 90 percenter won't always know right away that you are a 10 percenter because there is a possibilty that you are a 90 percenter using a 'mind barrier' which they use sometimes for complete privacy. In this case they might say something that sounds like code or an out of place phrase or a phrase that could have multiple meanings to see what you are able to comprehend.As far as you being banned but don't know it that is possible but unlikely. It does happen though if you were banned at a very young age. People are very rarely banned at a young age unless there is something about them that disurbs the noosphere or if there is a possibility that the noosphere will drive the person insane they will ban them at a young age for safety reasons. Now, people usually aren't "let in" on it fully until around 12-14 but they are still connected and are somewhat aware of it as early as birth.


This is exactly what many of them have done. This multiple level of meaning plus looking intently into my eyes. Is it possible for a 90 percenter to be using a mind barrier so completely that they think they are a 10 percenter?


The intent look in the eyes is definitely a sign but not always. It is definitely possible for someone with the ability to have a perpetual self-imposed block which causes them to be a 10 percenter. So, they'd be like a "90 percenter who uses it so completely they think they are a ten percenter" if you want to put it that way.
