Granted the kid kicker was a little out of order, but then he looks like a down syndrome - and the kick was nothing, just a correction.
What followed was just an excuse to beat down the white man, the oppressor, since black man rules nowadays and it's payback time - carried out with characteristic chimp aggression and savagery!
