I wonder what the ration of black inmates to blacks in the population is in Louisiana vs the rest of the country?

Also, I wonder how many of the inmates in that 'for profit' hell hole are white? I'm sure there is a definite racial bias in the south. The question is how far has it gone in seeing men imprisoned when there are other viable and cheaper options?
