The veracity of a claim is not a function of how many people believe it, or if any people believe it at all after a period of time. Debunking, at least for me, is more about educating people so that they don't fall for it in the first place. Those who are diehard believers cannot be convinced, no matter how wrong they are. Hence they post absolute bullshit like the "fact" that sunspots would not be darker than the sun. So all people like myself and Menow have to do is point out how completely wrong that is. You won't accept it, but you are not the standard for whether a debunking is effective or not. Even all the culties of zetatalk put together are not the standard.

1)You can't talk people out of believing what they INSIST MUST BE true regardless of all evidence to the contrary, just like any other religious beliefs.

2) There are always new people coming along who see the PX crap for the first time and think there must be something to it due to the sheer volume of material and steadfast insistence upon it's validity from certain corners, primarily Nancy Lieder. If it wasn't for Nancy's pounding out a steady stream of utter nonsense, SEEMING(to the scientifically illiterate) to support the idea it would have died out years ago.

That has always been the strongest card in Nancy's hand.. Make outrageous claims- then when people say they are outrageously wrong, claim that this proves the claims are true... rinse repeat...

I believe with every fiber of my body that Nibiru is real. In fact, I know it is. However, I don't know where it is or if it'll show up soon.

I think Nancy Lieder, either intentionally or innocently has been hand selected and put out there in front of the new-age movement, to help discredit the existence of this body.

Much like I think Richard Hoagland is doing the same about actual and REAL artifacts on the Moon/Mars. He's whole "Elenin-tetrahedron-mothership" diatribe was embarrassing at best.

That makes no sense at all. No object anywhere near the sun(meaning anywhere within the solar system) would be only visible in infrared- unless it somehow magically avoids reflecting sunlight.
