Quoting: Charlie the Choo-Choo Urine is sterile...and there's plenty of chlorine Nope, this pool does not use chlorine I don't think. If you read the article it explains this. Here are the excerpts: The enormous man-made lagoon is set halfway up the country's Pacific coast, in the city of Algarrobo, and is filled with 66 million gallons of crystal clear seawater. The world's biggest pool is three fifths of a mile long and draws water from the ocean, cleaning it and allowing the sun to warm it to 26C. It uses a computer-controlled suction and filtration system to suck water in from the ocean at one end and pump it out at the other, while the sun warms it to 26C - nine degrees higher than the sea. |

Quoting: Sir Griffo Wonder what that money would have bought if invested in supplying fresh water to those in need in Africa!! [link to www.dailymail.co.uk] that's a really dumb statement. It's a private resort company simply investing their money in a way that attracts customers. Chile is on the other side of the planet to Africa so is totally unrelated to any drought there...if there is one. A private resort company in Chile is not going to think about supplying water to Africa dummy. |
