Thats not coming from me. That comes from SCOTUS in the opinion on the Minor vs. Happersett case.

The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.

Allow me to emphasize a bit that seems to have escaped notice. It says that the parents must also be citizens of that country. Obama's father never was a citizen of the United States. End of discussion. What's so hard about that?

Allen (Allen v. Arizona Democratic Party) tried to use Minor vs. Happersett case against Obama, but failed. Judge Richard E. Gordon dismissed the action:

"Most importantly, Arizona courts are bound by United States Supreme Court precedent, and this precedent fully supports that President Obama is a natural born citizen under the Constitution and thus qualified to hold the office of President. See United States v. Wong Kim Ark (addressing U. S. Const. amend. XIV) ; Ankeny v. Governor of the State of Indiana (addressing the precise issue). Contrary to Plaintiff’s assertion, Minor v. Happersett does not hold otherwise."

That settles it. Next.

You people are idiots really. If Obama was born in Hawaii it doesnt matter if his parents are from Mars, he is eligible. Also his mother was a citizen which is much more important. Did you know? that if you go to your state capital and request a copy of your certificate, that if you dont have ID, your mother can vouch for you as ID and they will give you a copy?

Yes, if he was born in Hawaii then he would be a Native born citizen.

If he was born in Kenya, with the laws at the time, he would have been born a British citizen. His mother could have Naturalized him when she brought him to the US. But if she did not, then he would be an illegal alien.

I say we deport him if he can't prove that he was born in the US.
