You're upset that she wanted to use her bank card to pay for $2 worth of drinks when she had cash on her? Cash she used for blunt wraps instead?

While I can see that it's a bit stupid to use a card for such a small purchase, perhaps she didn't have any cash on her and the bill she used for the wraps was a friends she had to bring the change to etc.

Perhaps, her plan all along was to use her own cash, via the card, to buy her drinks and then afterwards, to use her friends cash for the wraps, when she couldn't use her card, she just got his stuff instead.

What's the big deal?

Perhaps she was saving the cash, specically to use for the wraps, just out of paranoia that the cops would see her buying them and start watching her, therefor she had to hold onto it and use her card for the other purchase.

Again, whats the big flippin deal??

IF, big IF, she was trying to put $2 on a CREDIT card, then I could understand your stance on 'Americans not understanding the concept of Debt' but seeing as how you state EBT, which is a bank card that only allows you to use funds you currently have...
