Well, that's actually plausible.

When I read about the latest victim acquiring his infection from the environment rather than a hospital, the first thing I thought was that this bacteria may somehow have been dispersed through chemtrails.

Whatever the truth, whatever the cause, whatever the disease vector, something is seriously not right about all of this.

What's going on in Georgia may be a test of some sort. Something is just not right.
