BS.... fruit is great for you. And it keeps you with sufficient calories from a good source so you don't get hungry at odd times and crave that McDonalds you're walking by. You cannot get enough calories from vegetables to thrive. Which is why if you do you must eat bread to get enough calories. Fruit=Good. Yes it's sugary. But that sugar is loaded with fiber which does two things. One of which is that it slows the absorption of the sugar. The other is to remove toxins from the body. Sugar isn't bad for your body. Sugar shocks through refined sugars like those found in fruit juices, sodas, and refined white flour are bad. But to say fruit is bad for you is stupid. Fruit is quite possibly the best food you could ever eat. Fiber+Calories+Vitamins=Great The more fiber the better. I get over 50% of my calories from fruit. I have 4% body fat. So unless you can claim the same keep your mouth shut. |

For 5 days, you have nothing but a half of a burrito and 500ml of water. The water...you can cheat and have as much as you want. you will loose weight. My point is, most people overeat big time. cut it back after two weeks you'll see a big difference in weight and have more energy once your body starts the engine most have put to sleep. Eat less...eat healthy... drink water, water and more water. |
