rcmp is a terribly corrupt police force. they need to shut it down completely and go with local town police forces.

There are no easy answers here. Just skimming the RCMP news, there are good apples that are doing heroic deeds and I'd hate to say a few bad apples spoil the whole barrel. They need to do alot of weeding.
