There were and still are legitimate questions of authenticity involving multiple “legal” documents provided by the Obama administration. I’d like to see you try to get a driver’s license using a pdf image of your birth certificate that has at least 20+ layers in it and see if you don’t get laughed out of the office.

The fact that you tried so very hard to belittle this situation with your oh so witty commentary shows how little you truly know. In fact, according to the Constitution and MULTIPLE supreme court cases, a natural born citizen is a person born of two American citizens, whereas there are no dual citizenships. So even if the Hawaii birth cert were in fact original, it still wouldn’t amount to a hill of beans constitutionally because Obama’s father was a British citizen at his birth, thereby passing his citizenship to Obama. Also, there’s the little problem of having to renounce citizenship to become an Indonesian citizen as well, which Obama was, but we’ll just look over that detail and poke fun at honest Americans seeking truth.

It’s much easier to write an article full of puns and silly sayings to discredit someone’s character. It’s an entirely different animal to take a look at hard evidence and follow the story. I’m sure someone will tell you what to believe soon enough though, just have faith. Obama will take care of everything.

In such, a federal CRIME (18 USC § 1002, to be specific), may have been committed.

He has brought this to the attention of the Media and the Federal Authorities, and they have chosen to NOT continue his investigation. HOWEVER, being that Arizona is WITHIN the United States, HE, and the other residents within the County of Maricopa were the Victims of a possible fraud. and therefore he HAS jurisdiction on the investigation.

Now, that investigation has led his investigators out of state.... As much as I hate to use Wikipedia as a reference, I am busy and do not feel like researching the applicable case law supporting what this link describes:

I live in AZ and, until this came up, I could not stand Sheriff Joe! He is a media whore who pays more attention to his fame than catching sexual predators. He lets horrible cases of crimes against women and children fall through the cracks while he gains media attention for his alternative (anti)immigration tactics and treatment of inmates. BUT, this birth cert stuff may just get him his first vote from me! More power to him....and his massive disgusting greasy comb-over. I want proof too!

1. the "birther" BS all started from the Clintons. i'd be willing to bet they know A LOT more than any of us (in regards to Obama's background). my guess... they knew "all this" (weird records, sealed past, "funny" biographies, grandparents claims of birth in other lands, etc. i mean, it's not odd AT ALL that the Hilary camp starts the birther "movement" and then magically...
