Again, Birthers have tried their cases on courts innumerous times, but failed each time. In only 3 cases Obama had to defend the suit (Berg v. Obama, Keyes v. Bowen, Hollister v. Soetoro). In most other cases the court dismissed the case
sua sponte – due inanity of legal filings.
