I wouldn't say that, but it should have been valued at $10 or less to be fair value IMO. At $38 it made zero sense.

Thing is, the over valuation is not secret info. Everyone knew what they were valuing the stock at. It doesn't take an expert to see how grossly overvalued it was. There is no grand conspiracy here, just a whole lot of stupid sheep buyers.
