I wish I could say yes. Because I know how good it would be for me. And I have lived in places where it is the norm for everyone around me. But I find it difficult to be in such a relaxed state of mind.

The most relaxed I ever am is when I am hiking/taking in nature, desert, forest, and ocean.

It's a blissful feeling but not meditative.

How about you?

Yes I do meditate. When you are hiking we call that active meditation. It is true and it really is meditation. So you do meditate. ;D

Alright this was going to be mainly for Deadbeacon but since many of you are here I have a challenge for the excitement challenged:

There is no prize. There is no participation required. There are no judges. You don't even have to tell anyone but posting them might be fun.

When we started posting our "kills" I posted 7 kills in 4 days. I challenge anyone to beat that!

Bragging rights awarded, all in fun, winner owes everyone a drink.

Friend, or Who, is there are a Killer tradition about these, or something we should do?

"It's My Birthday and I'm a Killer".
