so we are talking around 25,000 mile pass with a condition code of 9 and 3 days to wait. wow. isnt there some rule that in the event of a strike we will only be given a 24 hour notice? seems i read that at some point.

OK, this is getting a little warmer. Remember the Dragon spacecraft that was just launched to international space station? This would be a great cover. First type of this rocket being used would give plausible excuse if it were to have an "accident."

Anyone have a link to that simulation that tells you what would happen if the meteor hit water?? How big of a potential tsunami could occur?

lets watch this tomorrow and see what changes they make. currently they have it at a minumun distance of 0.00037457 AU or around 35,000 miles on 5/28. condition code is a 9 so changes will likely occur tomorrow.

The time of uncertainty is over 2 hours. The last condition 9 that came through the other day was only a 20 minute window of uncertainty. A lot can happen in 2 hours
