If I were you I would be more concerned with choosing a mate than choosing a house.
The mate you choose will affect your family forever.

You don't believe in true love then-it sounds like you just want to further the all important 'bloodline.' Go right on ahead. I will choose real love instead. Is that not what the universe runs on, real love? not this other hocus pocus. I mean in general. Real Love, if you are lucky, maybe lasts 50 years. Real Bloodlines last 1000s of years
