Go down to your local womens shelter and see for yourself.
It's real and it's a hidden epidemic.
You sound like a perpetrator, in fact.

I do not deny that women are beaten sometimes,yes it is wrong but there is an other side to the equation,stop being so selfish! DOMESTIC VIOLENCE is not gender specific. Shelters, however, are. This is true, We have 2 male friends who were married to totally frightening, violent women. One guy finally left when she stabbed him in the back. I would have left a lot sooner than that, she beat him with skillets and anything else handy. The other man's wife wielded an axe. I mean these women were murderous. I don't know how they put up with it for as long as they did. I've never heard of anyplace that was for men victims of domestic violence.
