BILL (LOI) 78: ...is an emergency law passed on 18 May 2012 by the National Assembly of Quebec, Canada. The law restricts freedom of assembly, protest, or picketing on or near university grounds, and anywhere in Quebec without prior police approval. The law also places restrictions upon education employees right to strike. Bill 78 was drafted by members of the Quebec Liberal Party, introduced by Education Minister Michelle Courchesne, and passed with the support of the Coalition Avenir Québec party in response to ongoing student protests over proposed tuition increases.[1] The law is also identified as L.Q., 2012, c. 12 (Laws of Quebec, 2012, chapter 12).[2]

I'm not sure what the galvanizing moment will be, but it would have to be HUGE. This movement seems to be gaining steam, unfortunately it's in Quebec and I know all too well most peoples sentiment of the French speaking peoples in this country.

I wish the rest of Canada would wake the fuck up and stand in solidarity with those fighting for the rights of humanity. Most see it as a squabble over tuition fees as reported by the controlled MSM. Yet it's far more than that it big brother yet again dissolving what little rights you and I have left to exercise.

When they start protesting for change of our currency being debt based enslaving usury fiat dollars and the complete withdrawal from the league of nations er the U.N. and all it's insidious plans from agenda 21 to codex allimentarious. Well then I'm on my way to whatever part of this great land it happens to be, to stand arm in arm to get my face pepper sprayed and or Billy clubbed to a pulp.

The fact is there are too many that love this current system and see nothing wrong with it and or are dumbed down as to not notice that there is anything wrong with it.

I have always admired the willingness the people of France to get out and protest. There are many examples over the last 50 years of French citizens of all walks of life joining protest.
