Fucking jewish people
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7465049

That's not right.

Many Jewish people are against the Holocaust lie, for example, but you never hear about them unless you specifically google it.

Same with Iran vs Israel - each country has their own elitist propaganda machine pumping out hate and deceiving people into an emotional hate group founded on lies and deceit.

People just want freedom and safety, that is ALL. The elitist want war, hatred, greed, etc - and they pump it out in the media, TV, movies, papers, magazines, games, etc, etc - people buy into it as the truthers have such a small voice and are usually called extremists or conspiracy nutcases.

How many INNOCENT lives were lost in Iraq and Afghanistan at the hands of the US and NATO armies!!?? They never-ever had anything to do with anything yet all died under the same lies perpetuated by the tyrannical elite and aimed at so-called 'terrorists' (whom have many, many links to government organizations such as the CIA including being trained and supplied - Osama bin Laden = CIA asset Tim Osman anyone!?).

To hate is to buy into the NWO and pre-programmed to allow the murder of innocent lives the elite see as expendable.

Sure Jewish people own most of Hollywood - but they ARE NOT real Jewish people - they are Babylonian Kabbalah liars trying to trick the audience into believing in satanic 'magic' and hating their, the elites, enemies.

Shit, how many times are NAZIs featured in films as monstrous evil inhuman creatures when TRUE Jewish people KNOW the NAZIs were NOT that bad and treated and organized prison camps with efficiency and respect - Hitler just wanted the Jewish people OUT of Germany, he didn't want any mass murders - BEFORE WW1 Jewish elite were ALREADY spreading the lie that six million Jewish people would be murdered - BEFORE WW1! The real facts state that only about 300-400 thousand people were killed in the camps - and is mostly due to the end of the war when the allied forces bombed German supply lines and people starved - not JUST Jewish people either - many Germans, blacks, diabled people, POWs, etc, etc - yet the elitist lying Jewish people perpetuated the lie of 6 million to successfully steal other people's land to make Israel.

So before getting mad at innocent people, you should look into WHY and WHO are giving off the impression that certain groups are 'bad'.

Its two and a half years now since I disconnected my cable. No regrets. Got sick of Muting the commercials every 5mins. Got sick of all the reality crap shows that insult our intelligence. The Mute button got worn out from heavy use. The tv programs are Mind Control programs. Get rid of it & free your mind.

Broadcasters Warn of Apocalypse in Dish’s Ad-Skipping Service
By David Kravets
May 25, 2012

Broadcasters are claiming in federal lawsuits Thursday that Dish Network’s DVR service, which allows the automatic skipping of commercials, breaches copyright law and retransmission agreements.

The suits by Fox, CBS and NBC are the broadcasters’ latest legal salvos against technological innovations, as those advances bring into question whether broadcasters’ longstanding business model can survive the digital age.

The Dish Network litigation concerns the March introduction of what the satellite company calls PrimeTime Anytime, which allows customers to record and store about a week’s worth of prime-time broadcast television. And two weeks ago, the Colorado company enabled playback of those archives without users seeing commercials.

The networks are labeling it a “bootleg” service that produces unauthorized copies of their shows and say it breaches signed licensing deals. And the consequences are dire, they warn. If the courts don’t block the service, it “will ultimately destroy the advertising-supported ecosystem that provides consumers with the choice to enjoy free over-the-air, varied, high-quality primetime broadcast programming,” the broadcasters told the court.

In the early 1980s, the Supreme Court ruled Americans have the fair use right to time-shift lawfully obtained content for later viewing. But that was using primitive technology like the VCR and Betamax, with limited recording capabilities. The Dish service records a day’s prime time lineup from ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox and stores up to 100 hours of those shows for up to eight days — all without the broadcasters’ consent.

“Fox has not consented to the recording of its copyrighted programs by Dish, or to the distribution by Dish to its subscribers of copies of all of Fox’s prime time programming for subsequent on-demand, commercial-free viewing,” Fox wrote in its suit.

Dish has also lodged its own federal lawsuit, seeking a declaratory judgement that its service is legal.

Has anyone noticed the 'delayed' sound volume increase on commercials?

Apparently, on some commercials, they start with the equivalent sound you set, then, after 3-5 seconds the sound doubles or triples.

This is not the 'sound-quality' propaganda urban myth.

This is particularly abusive and I would never patronize one of these products or services that purchase such abuse.

Please you don't either.

Please take note of the sponser's that do this AND DON'T SUPPORT THEM IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM WITH YOUR MONEY OR ATTENTION!!!

That's another reason why I absolutely can't stand ads. Watching programs at one volume to hear it, then turning it down at commercial break as suddenly the sound is wayyy too loud.

TV stations say that ads are not louder and that everything is normalized, yet there are numerous people on the internet asking why it's so loud and should be fixed.

Usually all the ads I see are too loud, not just some - sometimes I fall asleep with the TV on but the volume at a whisper... until an add comes on and then it's suddenly screaming at me!

Even more annoying is most ads I see are either lose weight, get insurance or get a credit card - seems like they are on the line of 'say it enough times and people will buy', does the opposite to me - makes me almost feel hatred towards the crappy actors and products they are trying to shill. I try not to judge people at all which is easy in real life, but ads can bring out the worst in me sometimes - makes me not want to see any movies that feature actors that appear on ads - such as George Clooney. Didn't mind him till he kept appearing on ads, now I will never-ever see one of his shitty movies ever again.

I NEVER make purchases based on internet advertising, and it is an extremely rare occasion that I make one based on TV advertising.

If I watch live TV, I usually use the Comcast 'On Demand" feature...you can fast forward thru most commercials.

Otherwise I mute...the networks all can go fuck themselves.

They used to say that recording free-to-air TV on VHS was illegal - yet the sale of VHS recording units was legal and came with all components and options to record TV.

What the heck are they thinking?

I used to smoke weed, don't anymore as it wrecked my mind - but in Australia in most states it's completely legal to sell bongs and even crack pipes, but illegal to sell drugs.

Stupid laws - they give you easy ways to do things but then turn around and say if you do you're breaking some law.

How long before DVDs/blu-rays come with commercials all the way through?

I already PAY a rediculous amount of money to be able to watch the few channels I do because they force me to PAY for all of the disgusting crap that comes with it. It doesn't matter if you only want to watch one kind of thing, they force you to PAY for everything else.

Now they want to force you to watch the commercials too? What are they going to do next, come to my to my house and force me not to go to the bathroom or go get a beer during a commercial? Guess what networks, I WILL NOT COMPLY! I skip commercials and there isn't a damn thing they can do about it.

will it get to the stage of them advertising nigerian scams lol!

you can tell its a sinking ship.

They are afraid you'll miss a subliminal message that a business has paid good money for you to see.

The woman below caught the word KILL on tv while taking a photo. Sorry for the ad before the video, you can skip it after just a couple of second. If this one incident is BS (I don't know but it seems pretty real to me), there is a 4 part documentary on YouTube about the various subliminal messages that are on television.

So stop paying for cable TV.

If enough people did that, the cable services would start improving the service and pricing it closer to breakeven. By buying it, you are saying it's a good value for you, even with commercials, even at current prices.

If I had DISH of course I'd use the ad blocking service. In fact it might be a good reason to get DISH now.

I'm with Direct tv. I've noticed for a long time, that when one channel has commercials, and I change the channel to watch something else...all the channels have commercials at the same time, forcing me to watch or turn away. I've always thought it was strange they do that.

This lawsuit is absolutely ridiculous. Just reinstates, lawyers will sue over anything.

Same here, more like 10 years without, and it's been very good for my young kids.

This year Verizon gave me TV for free: same price for Triple Play as for just Phone and Internet. But I don't want to use the TV. BTW TV technology is about to take a huge leap, so this is not a wise time to spend for a big flatscreen.

Fuck mainstream TV, 1/3 of the programming is fricking commercials.

So what if it's their main source of income, but greed has limits, those networks make way too much, allowing them to buy up any thing they want, like Disney, ESPN to name a couple.

Bravo Dish, saving your subscribers wasted time.

How would they feel if consumers start suing them for useless propaganda force feeding us commercials.

The old saying time is money, well for the ones that are 50 years and older, do you remember way back then there were only a few stations to watch.

I myself watch no over the air TV and very little on DISH, but when I do, I don't want to waste time watching commercials every 7 minutes.

I remember when cable TV first started.
I thought, "Who in their right mind is going
to PAY to watch something that's free?"
I didn't think it would fly,
but they had two things going for them.
1. Clear Reception.
2. No Commercials.

Now they have nothing but commercials,
and the reception doesn't matter because all
they broadcast is crap.
But now the American people's collective mind
has turned to mush, so nothing matters anymore.

I remember when I was a kid we had all the cool tech in my house. First 4 head VCR. First stereo VCR, first DVD player and before that we had the cool laser disk player.
The one thing we had that was cool, was a VCR that would detect the signal put out by the networks at the start and end of commercials. This signal, when recording a show, would pause the recording. It would then resume recording after the commercials.
I seem to remember the networks getting in trouble for this. Can't remember which happened first, they either stopped the signal, or VCR's became obsolete...?

It's interesting that the networks want to now sue over tech they pioneered in the 80's or 90's.
