The "sun will be turned to darkness" is the total solar eclipse on November 13, 2012 (one week after the election.)

On November 28, 2012 there will be an extremely rare eclipse of what is known as the "BLOOD MOON." It will show red in the sky that night.

The "DRIFTING SMOKE" is from the Fukushima meltdown.

This will fullfill the original Greek meaning of "apocalypse," the "lifting of the veil."

These events have NEVER happend before together with the Venus Transit and a Solar Maximum...and will never happen again
