China is already at war with the USA.

Nope, Telemetry date is uploaded to the bird while it's in the silo, via a direct connection. Once it is in flight there is no way to communicate with it's on-board computer. After it leaves the silo that is it, there is no stopping it.

It is designed that way just for this reason, they don't use GPS either, just telemetry data.

I am pretty sure you can't even remote launch them, it has to be done at the silo, with the 2 key method. These are fail-safes to prevent an accidental launch, or to prevent the other nation from disabling your missiles.
