Always find and seek to rise above in frequency and from happiness, joy, peace, and positive outlook, striving to remain conscious in your interactions and keep conscious on your words, you can look at all the lower stuff as, well there i was, learning in the mudpile, and that was a part of the lessons, but its so easy to see from a position of love and we are so silly here at times. Turn it around. Be good to self and others and strive to be a giver, non selfish but with balance, take time out to smell the roses too.
