I like to start with a decent stock of food in the fridge/pantry/freezer, and let something develop. Usually I have something in mind, then let it evolve as I go. I can be pretty creative with left overs too. Things I am good at though, amazing meatballs, stir-fry, things that cook all day in a crock pot. Salads, Make my own vinaigrette all the time, it is so easy. My basic is squeeze 2 lemons in a bowl, a drop or two of mustard, salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste, and then drizzle in olive oil while whisking. Toss with fresh salad and give a few minutes to let it wilt just a little bit. Fuck your couch! |
