I have found myself melting stress with alcohol.

It is the easiest way.

The best way though is find the stress and remove it or change it. I know a lot of factors (like life in general) cannot be changed but only dealt with in healthy ways. Sometimes you need a life style change.

I still drink just not a bottle a day. I have one drink just about every night.
