It's like an electrical current for about a second. I get them all over but those are the recent places. They're happening more and more for the past week.

OP are you by any chance going through spiritual changes (changes to your consciousness)?

After I moved (tons of heavy stuff) last time, I'd get electrical jolts that did not feel like normal pain. They felt just like I was being tased. It was like a lightning bolt inside my body.

Also, your nerves are connected, so you can have a problem in your back that ends up hurting your fingers, your toes, behind your eyes, your elbow...

The nerve problems I've had never last, they always act up when exacerbated by something...and they can feel like anything from sharp, horrible pain, to just something like when you hit your funny bone, only not as bad, or way, way worse....I've also felt the illusion of coldness and heat, because of the pinched nerve.

Not any to notice. Just re-affirmation of things I had already believe and how they tie in to many things going on.-I'm a Christian (not churchy) but just thought I'd say so in case you were heading in a different direction. I do believe in "energies" and other things that other paths believe in, I just have a different take on what's going on.

I'm still reading one of the links and I've experienced almost all of them, the real major changes over 7 years ago, and I mean HUGE changes and then some over the past 7 years and still some more are happening now--not all in the order presented but yes. Still reading...

Here's a few that have happened in the past few days. Suppressed memories (not about me), I've been thinking very hard on a situation that happened when I was playing with my friend growing up and what I discovered and naively said to her mother who got upset with me and told me to go home. This was a horrible situation that I understand now but didn't know what was going on at the time. It was more like a "shrugs shoulder" moment for me and "wtf" but not anything troubling for ME. Weird how I was thinking hard on it for the past few days and understood every bit that I couldn't put together at that time.

Hmm. I've read about and am familiar with chakras and admit that there's a lot that seems correct. This worries me as a Christian and hope demons aren't invading-LOL, I'm only half joking!

At the bottom of one of the links, it talked about different things like clicking sounds, spinning, etc. Now, I had a really weird thing with sound and spinning over 20 years ago and it had to do with a Satanist that was a short term friend of mine (although I didn't know it at the time). I also had another friend who was into witch-craft years later show me how to have an out of body and said to listen for the clicking sounds. I never had clicking sounds but did have the astral travel experience.

Such a fine line, I don't know what to think. I do believe energy can be directed and harvested and what not and these things are definitely going on with my body. Does this mean I'm ascending even though I'm not an ascend-er-tard?

Also, thanks for the info on fresh spices. I use a lot of spices but it's the generic from the regular stores. I'll check out our local health food stores and give them a try.

Not to offend you but a lot of the 'preconceived notions' that you internalize from exposure to organized religions actually work AGAINST your spiritual development and cloud your better judgement when it comes to this subject matter.... Get all of that 'Satan' and "demonic' junk out of your head and trust your HEART and intuition when it comes to deciphering what's transpiring inside & around you. This stuff is very REAL and if you dig around for the right threads on GLP, you will find many others who are experiencing the similar consciousness changes and the physical symptoms that accompany them. It's very reaffirming to know that others are enduring similar experiences.

Here is what I experienced from the physical aspect of things:

- Glimmers or sparkles of white light in my periphery vision
- Tingling/energy sensation on the top of my head and various points of my face (tip of my nose in particular)
- Pin prick sensation on my limbs
- Itching sensation or feeling of bugs crawling on my skin
- Awaking to shaking/resonating/vibratory sensation in the morning
- Also felt the sensation of having walked into spider webs on my face but there were never any
- Occasionally saw dark shapes/shadows in my periphery vision

May have been more physical symptoms that I experienced but didn't think to immediately connect them with changes to my consciousness (didn't know that was possible at the time!). You'd be surprised how many threads there are on GLP, similar to yours, where someone is describing physical ailments that they cannot source to a particular cause or culprit. Many times they are undergoing spiritual changes and do know consciously recognize it. I went through a 3-4 month period where I thought I had invisible bed bugs because I could not find a logical explanation for the reoccurring sensations that I had bugs crawling on my skin while I lay in bed at night.

I get the pin pricks but I also have a medical issue that I've been attributing it to.

The dark shadow I had also seen through my peripheral a few years ago.
