You see the streak - then the radar flares up!

I'm google-ing - haven't found anything yet!

Those are new cell phone phone towers the National Weather Service hasn't been able to filter out yet.

Little Rock is NOT in Alaska.

At least I'm pretty sure of that since that is where I grew up and the Postal Designation is AR.

AK = Alaska

AZ = Arizona

AR = Arkansas

This does not explain the streaks that you are seeing good find op.

Why are the streaks causing ground clutter may I ask?

The false echo I understand, but the flare up(ground clutter) gets all the way towards the red at some of these stations and it's directly after the streak - which isn't explained in your link.

Always get a second opinion for what is displayed by the radar.

The streaks have crossed over a wide majority of the united states and the flare ups at the SEPARATE NexRad Stations happen right after the streaks pass by....

They are SEPARATE NexRad stations getting SEPARATE sets of data...

The streaks mooooooove past them from East to West....

Over the course of Two Hours...

That is happening...

So what causes such a large scale anomaly?

It's probably a sweep error or hasn't finished sweeping a radar image yet. Nothing unusual.

they are narrow wedge shaped pieces from individual radar sweeps

Maybe gravity from Nibiru is affecting the radar reflections
