I go to this website every day to check out the latest 'earth' news. It's very reliable if you want facts. I noticed today that there are a LOT of volcanoes going off at the same time. What do you bet things are going to get REALLY interesting the closer we get to the Venus transit in a week???

Here's something you can add to your research. Most of the volcanos on Earth are under water and not only is there an increase in surface volcano activity but ditto for the ones we can't see.

I remember reading once that 2-3 volcanoes put more gas into the atmosphere annually than all the cars in the USA running for 10 years non stop.
