If you're getting worked up and frustrated, step back and look at how silly and absurd you are - an animal, getting all hot and bothered over seemingly nothing! 3. Ever noticed how you are nothing more than your senses? The total of you isn't just the body you can see or the temperature you can feel. Without the present sounds, sights, sensations - how much less of you there would be! You're not just that object in the middle of the room. You're your whole perception of the room!
