But I can't find anything from Pope Pius X except where he encouraged everyone to pray the rosary daily. What are you talking about?

You may be mixing up the weekly Rosary that requires meditation on each one of the 15 Mysteries [15 Mysteries x 10 Hail Marys per decade (division) of the Rosary = 150 Hail Marys]. But that's over the course of a week.

Also, the Catholic Hail Mary prayer as I learned it is:

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee!
Blessed art thou amongst women
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus!
Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
