This thread seems to have gotten off on a tangent. It's not about Brief, it's about a cop that killed a woman, and the cover-up of a bad cop. I support law enforcement and military personelle whenever I can, but this guy was out of control. The facts of the case will come out at the trial. Right now it looks like this cop took it apon himself to be judge, jury and executioner. If convicted, he should get the most severe penalty available for the crime. There is nothing worse than a bad cop, they destroy peoples faith in law enforcement. His mother should spend the rest of her life in prison for altering official files. These are the things that give criminals an excuse to break the law. It becomes easier for a criminal to justify his actions if he knows the police are also criminals.

then do not defend cops on trial for mudering women.
their are better ways to go about this.
we may never know what spooked this women.
remember these officers have guns. they should not pull them so fast.
we the people are not all guilty of crimes.

sometimes 911 callers are not correct.
people in a panic make mistakes....
the police officers should take this into account. sometime they are in the wrong place.
sometime we are not in the wrong place.



several years ago someone call 911 to report a fire. the house was 1734 78th street. the report was for my house 1734 76th street.
after they busted into our house woke us up they found no fire. they had to do a full search....did not believe it when i said i did not call and we were fine.
they did not even fix my front door....which cost over $300 for me to fix.

now this was firemen... i can not fault them they got here with in 3 minutes of the call good response time.
the panicing reporter gave the wrong house number.
what could have happened if it was trigger happy police waking my family up at 2AM.....

breaking the door down with guns drawn. what if i just happened to spook one coming out of my bedroom half a sleep.

You can tell by the body language of the pic he posted that his kids fucking hate him.

now the thread here that we are trying to talk about is about a cop who is going to trial for murder...for mudering an inocent women. she was not a criminal but shooting her in the head and killing her.
a special grand jury and a judge and a prosecutor think the officer has comitted a crime...now he is a criminal.the grand jury has listed the crime as murder. these are known facts.
as much as you want to spin it, the victim was not under investigation or a criminal. she was killed for an unknown reason by this police officer while on duty. this is known.
there are 45 witnesses to his crime.
and to add to all this his mother who worked for the city used her position to try to hide evidence in the case being investigated on the police officer.
these are facts.

i truely hate it when you keep treating this victim with such disreguard.
you are sure into bashing criminal untill they are cops.
then you turn the victim into a criminal.

who is dead and who is on trial for murder. the facts and only the facts.

This officer was clearly in the wrong and broke the law and will now have to pay for his crimes like everyone else (who gets caught or isn't above the law).

He is not going to be very popular in the pen.

I wouldn't be surprised if he serves his entire sentence in a minimum security pre-release center or something because he will get killed up state.
