He is NOT Mexican. Look at the law and the records. His father, George Romney, was born in Mexico to two US citizens, therefore, by law, he is an American citizen. Because he was a citizen, Mitt Romney, being born in the US with two US citizens as parents, he is by law a Natural Born Citizen.
The Constitution is the law of the land and those that say it doesn't matter are either fools, liars, or Obama shills with their collective nose so far up his butt that they are suffering brain damage due to lack of air. It is important that the Constitutional Law be upheld at all costs, failure will only create destruction. Those claiming that the US President is responsible for the entire world should think that maybe the President should take care of the US interests first, then worry about what the rest of the world thinks.

Dual Citizenship cannot be a bar to being a natural-born citizen and anyone who believes otherwise is telling you lies. Otherwise, Cuba could just pass a law proclaiming that everyone on the planet is a citizen of Cuba and that it was impossible to renounce such citizenship and then what would we have? No one be eligible to be President? Give me a break and give it a rest folks!

hey dumbass, regardless of mexican law, in this country u.s. laws apply. my version of the constitution says that anyone born on u.s. soil is a u.s. citizen, regardless of the citizenship of the parents. if mitt decides to move to mexico, maybe your theory will be relevant.

FYI, a u.s. military base, consulate, naval vessel, or other u.s. possession on foreign soil or in foreign waters are considered to be u.s. soil.
